CONTRACT SPECIALIST (Corporate)

You will report into the Contract Manager and provide specialized support in the agreement review process.

WAYS YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

• Supporting the MSA team to finalize agreements
• Reviewing and redlining MSA's (Master Service Agreements), NDA's (Non-Disclosure Agreements), SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and BAA's (Business Associate Agreements)
• Managing your agreement workflow to provide detail-oriented review in a fast-paced environment
• Drafting addendums and amendments
• Coordinating responses to redline negotiations, including taking client calls
• Think of new and effective ways to improve efficiencies without sacrificing quality
• Assisting with day-to-day activities as needed to support the MSA team

• Undergraduate degree in Legal, Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience drafting and reviewing contract language working in a corporate or legal setting
• Ability to review and analyze contracts quickly with strong working knowledge of commercial legal principles and terms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to interact with all levels of the company
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills
• Strategic, detail oriented and self-motivated to provide high quality and timely work product in a fast-paced environment

• Advanced degree or advanced certification in legal profession or paralegal studies
