Contract Technical Recruiter - Toronto

We are growing here at Tenstorrent and are seeking to add a Toronto-based Contract Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. Tenstorrent is perfectly positioned within the booming AI Hardware landscape and we are looking for a talented recruiter to help us find and hire the best talent to join the company.  If you're excited about AI Hardware, like recruiting for highly specialized positions and partnering with brilliant engineering minds, then this role could be perfect for you.  

This is a 6 month contract role with the potential for extension. 

This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada  (this is not a remote opportunity)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Tenstorrent leaders and hiring managers to craft hiring roadmaps and strategies to attract top-notch engineering and non-engineering talent for our rapidly growing teams.
• Dive deep into the requirements of various roles and come up with innovative sourcing strategies to find the industry's top talent.
• Partner with the wider recruiting team to grow the Toronto office. 

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience of recruiting experience. It is ideal that you have expertise in recruiting within one or more of the following fields: AI, ML, Software Engineering, Hardware Design, CPU Architecture, Systems Engineering.
• Experience with sourcing/closing niche candidates within a highly competitive market. 
• Ability to create and drive dynamic and adaptive sourcing strategies.
