Contract Technical Recruiter - Virtual

Terrace Consulting is seeking a dedicated and passionate resource to help us expand our teams. We offer Expert Teams and Staffing for mid enterprise companies seeking to upgrade and maintain their core systems. We typically are searching for technology professionals with knowledge of Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, BOOMI, Celigo, NetSuite, RFSmart and/or related platforms. Additionally, we regularly conduct searches for Microsoft custom developers and solution architects.

We are seeking to engage an experienced recruiter to work on a contract basis on as "needed basis". Typically, we will be searching for two professionals at a time hiring about 10+ new staff per year. We operate in the Western Time Zone (Pacific Time) and seek a Contract Recruiter who is domiciled in the Pacific Time Zone or an adjacent Time Zone.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Technical Recruiter looking for occasional part time work or to add a client to your existing recruiting practice.
• Work independently, not working for a search firm.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Domiciled in the Pacific Time Zone or an adjacent time zone.
• Knowledge of eCommerce, Supply Chain, ERP, WMS and Custom development recruiting would be a Plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with General Manager to understand open positions.
• Create job postings and post on Workable and job boards, as appropriate.
• Review applicant resumes. Communicate with applicants.
• Provide initial interview and behavioral assessment, if appropriate.
• Communicate with hiring team and guide applicant and team through interview process.
• Seek candidates for FT positions living in CA, WA, or OR ONLY. Remote or hybrid in Larkspur CA office with occasional travel to client sites and or team building event.

Compensation: Hourly rate plus post hire bonus for retained recruits.
