Compensation: $14 - $16/hourÂ

Position Summary:Â
The Contracted Service Coordinator is the ultimate problem solver, working through any unique circumstances to prepare homes to qualify for solar installation. While providing excellent service, the team works together to evaluate costs and coordinate and verify needed work with contractors, customers, and utility companies. The Contracted Service Coordinator is professional, communicative, helpful, and flexible.Â
Essential Duties:Â
- Update homeowners through their non-standard work processÂ
- Address any questions and concerns a customer or contractor may have throughout the non-standard processÂ
- Review a customer’s account to ensure accuracyÂ
- Leave clear & concise notes to maintain acceptable qualityÂ
- Answer phone calls, emails and texts primarily from customers, contractors and installers in a timely mannerÂ
- Communicate effectively, professionally and with great customer serviceÂ
- Review invoices and scope of work to ensure fiscal accuracy for customers and contractorsÂ
- Complete assigned audits and tasks to ensure accounts are being worked on properlyÂ
- Participate and engage in daily and weekly team/individual meetingsÂ
- Contribute ideas and solutions to process improvementsÂ
Minimum Qualifications:Â
- Has at least a high school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Communicate effectively, professionally, and kindly via phone, email, and textÂ
- Multitask, manage time well, be organized, and stay busy with work-related tasksÂ
- Be a go-getter who is willing to take on responsibility, solve issues, and create resultsÂ
- Experience with electrical construction work recommended (not required)Â
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.Â
