CONTRACTOR - Graphic Designer

About the Role:

The Graphic Designer will work directly with the Growth marketing team, including media buying, analytics, and other creative designers. This role will support the development of assets to drive engaging, direct response, marketing initiatives. The role will be a combination of static concepting, asset resizing, and motions graphics work. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the entire flow of concepting marketing assets, from design to copy to resizing. This role will support the broader growth marketing managers in their media buys, and will support our video editors in motion graphics support

This role will be a 6-month contract operating in a hybrid capacity based out of San Francisco, CA and will require a few monthly visits to our San Francisco office. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead brainstorming sessions to produce new concept marketing art
• Produce large amounts of creative resizes from already approved concepts
• Polish executive PowerPoint presentations according to brand guidelines
• Manage creative for marketing projects from idea delivery
• Partner with third-party vendors + designers
• Support the maintenance of our creative inventory and asset libraries.
• Support app store optimization initiatives

Your Background:

• Experience working in a marketing capacity to build ad templates
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop + Figma + Illustrator
• Expertise in copywriting
• Desire to work cross functionally with other designers or growth marketers
• Some experience working on motion graphics capability to support other team members
• Experience with JIRA or Shortcut.
• Experience with motion graphics software, such as AfterEffects and/or Premiere
