Title: Contracts Administrator 

Job Duties: The Contracts Administrator reports to the Senior Contracts Administrator. The position performs day-to-day contract administration (monitor, review, evaluate, and update existing County/Managed Care Plan/Other contracts). 

Schedule: Full-Time 

Qualifications:

  • BA – Business Administration or Economics
  • 3+ years of Contract Administrator experience
  • Experience in writing and reviewing RFP

Additional Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Contract administration experience
  • Understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language, and the contract lifecycle
  • Familiarity with County RFP, RFQ and RFI process
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to details, and talent for accuracy and precision
  • Superior reading, writing and language skills
  • Analytical thinker
  • Creative problem solver contract-related issues
  • Team player
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments

 

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 

Pay Range:

$61,374—$80,942 USD
