Contracts Administrator

The CXS Contracts Administrator is responsible for the creation, management and updating of all service proposals, service hardware maintenance, service variation agreements and novation of any service agreements – end to end.

What You'll Do

• Record, track, and document all system contract request forms into the appropriate areas (summary sheet, file explorer, salesforce).
• Draft and prepare all gaming system agreements, system variation agreements, upgrade and novation agreements.
• Complete form for review in CLM and upload all system gaming agreements, system variation/upgrade agreements and novation agreements and liaise with legal team.
• Prepare the system gaming agreement for signature and send it to the customer for execution.
• Send all fully executed system gaming agreements, system variation/upgrade agreements and novation agreements to appropriate managers/persons.
• Draft and prepare all system proposals and send it to appropriate CXS BDE
• Liaise with business development executives/manager on service proposals and service hardware maintenance agreements that have a large volume of EGM or groups.
• Ensure all agreements/documents have been approved by the Business Development Executives.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years administration experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management.
• High level of accuracy and detail.
• Strong ability in use of Microsoft office (outlook, word, excel, power point).
• Previous experience in salesforce software application preferable but not essential.
