Contracts Administrator

Agility Recovery Solutions is looking for a Contracts Administrator to assist with a variety of contract-related matters.
In this role, you will:

• Perform routine contracting tasks, such as planning, proposal analysis, and post-execution activities
• Prepare portions of less complex contractual documents along with reading and interpreting basic procurement regulations, policies, and directives to make recommendations to the legal department and sales staff
• Advise stakeholders of contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyzes data to maintain historical contract information
• Prepare reports and maintain the contracts database
• Assist with the close-out of existing contracts as needed, including actions to assist with billing
• Manage the company's front-line contract compliance function along with managing the company's ongoing contract compliance requirements
• Assist the legal team with ad-hoc projects as they come up

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of experience reviewing commercial agreements
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proficient analytical abilities
• Keen eye for details
• Experience with contracts from proposal to post-execution reporting is necessary

Preferences:

• Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
• Previous experience with Salesforce

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Coursework must have included work in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.

Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 annually
