Contracts Administrator - TEMP & FULLY REMOTE

Fully remote role. Temporary/Contractor. 40 hours/week. Prefer central or east coast time zone.

Impact patient outcomes no matter where you work. We’re hiring a Contract Administrator to work alongside the Precision Legal team on a 4-6 month contract.

The Contract Administrator is responsible for facilitating all aspects of service contract functions. You will serve as the point of contact for internal clients on contract status, ensuring timely status, review, reconciliation, approval and execution and storage of contracts. 

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Prepare client and vendor contracts using company established templates, including but not limited to: Master Services Agreements, Individual Project Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Vendor Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and sending out to internal clients 
• For NDAs, review client or vendor proposed edits and approve (based on company guidance on acceptable revisions) or escalate for review, approval or alternative language 
• Ensure contract execution in accordance with corporate policy 
• Upload contracts to contract repository, tracking status on Excel spreadsheet 
• Disseminate periodic reports to applicable stakeholders 
• Updating contract templates to ensure they remain current with team standards, at the direction of attorneys 
• Monitor contracts’ termination, extension and renewal deadlines to avoid unintended expiration or lapse, and communicating in advance to key stakeholders 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; Paralegal Certification preferred, but not required. 2-3 years of similar work experience is acceptable in lieu of degree
• 2- 3 years experience with client contracts and vendor agreements; prior experience working in a corporate contracts team
• Understanding of Contract Law and Contract Administration procedures 
• Contract Management systems 
• Proven history of managing 175 - 200 new contract/agreement requests monthly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
