Axogen is hiring for a Contracts Analyst in Tampa, FL!
Job Summary of the Contracts Analyst
The Contracts Analyst is responsible for keen awareness and understanding of Axogen’s contracting process, primarily focusing on consignment programs to support the organization. The Contracts Analyst is responsible for managing and processing requests for consignment products through partnership with our field inventory team, including monitoring consignment agreements and amendments throughout our system in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Contracts Analyst will review and validate agreements, as well as monitor contract progress and performance, working closely with the field sales team in order to optimize the consignment program and support end processing. The successful candidate will be an experienced Contracts Analyst with strong awareness of consignment, be able to think critically, have strong analytical skills, process complex issues, implement improvement solutions and work in a fast-paced environment.    The role will also have focus on other contract related priorities related to general contract administration and analysis.
Requirements of the Contracts Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of medical sales and/or contactor related experience particularly in a consignment based contracting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced complex environment.
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with various levels of the organization and demonstrate the ability to manage differences and needs between multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications, Excel, Acrobat Adobe required. Experience with Contract Logix management platform is a plus.
Responsibilities of the Contracts Analyst
The specific duties of the Contracts Analyst include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for execution of consignment amendments and agreement documents at the Sales leadership level; working closely with our Field Inventory Specialists in the consignment agreement and executing process.
- Manage and organize agreement documents in our contract management platform Contract Logix.
- Responsible for ensuring all consignment contract related elements are flawlessly executed and implemented, including document loading, filed communication, customer follow up, and ongoing monitoring (leveraging and efficiently utilizing our contract management platform).
- Serve as the field and customer care contact for Consignment agreements and amendments, including contract template development, completion, and legal review process
- Track and monitor key consignment related milestones and actions, including renewals, expirations, and contract compliance requirements, etc.
- Develop, coordinate, and complete all monthly consignment related reporting
- Interface directly with customers as needed, including consignment terms and contract structure/ negotiation; provide local support and direction to the sales team regarding the development of consignment agreements
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive and implement process improvements or streamline reporting/tracking that will positively impact internal efficiencies (contract tracking, both internal and external communication, key metrics, contract performance, etc).
- Effectively interact and partner with Customer Care on all consignment contract related inquires and requirements
- Support the broader National Sales Contract/ Strategic Accounts team with ad hoc requests, reporting, and other key activities

This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Salary Range
$72,142—$90,177 USD
Axogen is on a hybrid work schedule for some of our positions based out of our headquarters in Florida, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The hybrid work schedule does not include sales or facilities in Ohio or Texas.
Axogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment/compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance. Axogen reserves the right to amend its policies from time to time in its sole discretion.
