Job description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Contracts Analyst for our New York office.  This role will report in to the General Counsel.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting documentation relating to credit derivatives, FX transactions and currency options, and related counterparty agreements, including:

  • ISDA Master Agreements (1992 and 2002), Schedules and Credit Support Annexes;
  • Trade Confirmations;
  • Repurchase Agreements;
  • Interest Rate Swaps, Caps and Collars;
  • Credit Default Swaps;
  • Total Return Swaps;
  • Non-Deliverable Forward Contracts;
  • Prime Broker Agreements; and
  • Custodian Agreements.

Required qualities and skills:

  • 5-7 years of similar experience at a bank or hedge fund.
  • Robust verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of work ethic and accountability.
  • Personable with strong ability to develop and maintain positive and constructive internal and external relationships.
  • Efficient, able to execute on competing priorities, and get work done within expected timeframes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Pay range in New York

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base salary- $125,000/yr - $175,000/yr
