RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, together with the supporting documents.
- Work with contracts, identifying risks/issues, contract compliance, contract advisory and interpretation.
- Answer contract-related inquiries and prepare any related agreements.
- Represent company’s interests in negotiations with partners, suppliers and clients.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and draft external and/or internal processes and policies.
- Verify internal clients’ compliance with company’s policies and internal procedures.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Chief Legal Officer, or of the Head of Contracts and Documentation, including, but not limited to legal research, case study, and the likes.
- Perform other administrative functions, related to the functions of his/her office.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Law (Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor).
- At least Seven (7) years of experience in providing legal advice and preparing/reviewing contracts, preferably tech-related contracts; Experience as an In-house counsel is an advantage.
- Organized, ethical, keen on details, self-motivated, and with the ability to perform well with minimal supervision in a fast paced and target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; supervisory and marketing skills are an advantage.
- Great written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills.
- Quick adapter of culture and values in the organization
