Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of contract administration, including but not limited to, contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring. This role requires a deep understanding of contract law, procurement regulations, and the ability to manage relationships with subcontractors and government agencies. 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the contract management process from initial drafting through to execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 
• Negotiate contract terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve the best possible terms for the company. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to stakeholders. 
• Oversee and manage contract performance, including compliance with contractual obligations, deliverables, and timelines. 
• Collaborate with project managers, legal, finance, and other departments to ensure contracts are aligned with project goals and company strategies. 
• Develop and implement effective contract administration and management strategies to minimize risks and maximize operational efficiency. 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in contract management. 
• Prepare and submit regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics to senior management. 
• Ensure that all contract-related documents are properly archived and accessible for future reference. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field, with a focus on government contracts. 
• Strong understanding of FAR regulations, government procurement processes, and contract law. 
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage complex contracts. 
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. 
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is highly desirable. 
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies. 
• Prior experience in a government or technology-focused environment. 

Work Environment: 
This position may require occasional travel to meet with clients or subcontractors. The candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
