We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage the Legal Department’s contract process including intake and processing of sales and procurement related contracts, non-disclosure agreements, RFPs,/RFI’s, internal stakeholder legal requests, develop and analyze contract related metrics and more.

Reporting to a Senior Senior In-House Counsel you will be a key member of the team.

What you’ll do as Contracts Manager:

  • Initial review, process and assignment of incoming contract requests for our sales and procurement legal teams
  • Work with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors to coordinate execution of finalized contracts
  • Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained including templates and executed contracts for placement in the applicable repository
  • Provide advice and guidance to the different teams related to contract generation, including appropriate contract generation workflows within our contract management system 
  • Create, prepare, review and edit a variety of contracts in compliance with company policies and with guidance provided as necessary by Legal Department attorneys
  • Provide legal and/or compliance support to the attorneys in the Legal Department, with minimal supervision
  • Perform legal, compliance related and general research on various projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes
  • Facilitate and manage a high volume of tasks within a demanding and rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated success producing high-quality deliverables on time and within budget in a fast paced, high growth, environment
  • Ability to influence and partner with business colleagues throughout the organization both domestic and internationally
  • Advanced skills in contract data collection and analysis with the ability to tell stories with data
  • Support ad-hoc requests

What you’ll bring as the Contract Manager:

  • 3+ years of contract management experience
  • Strong experience with Ironclad or similar contract management system
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Paralegal Certificate a plus but not required
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft office suite
  • Exceptional Project Management skills
  • Demonstration of a solid understanding of legal terminology is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team
  • Exemplify a strong attention to detail
  • Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of professionally managing confidential information
  • Exemplify creative problem solving abilities
  • Strong team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership capabilities

This position is full-time and Hybrid in our Somerville, MA headquarters.
