Job Description
CONTRACTS make a business go round. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to engage with our clients. But, of course, with contracts comes extra complexity. That is why InfoTrust is looking to expand our team and are looking to bring someone on full-time to manage our contracts, as the Contracts Specialist. Every single contract would come across the “desk” of this person and it would be their responsibility to manage the workflow of all SOWs, from receipt of pricing and scope, through drafting (based on a template library) all the way to full execution.

What you will be doing as a Contracts Specialist:
- Ensure consistent application of SOW language and InfoTrust policies across all products, services, and SOW types -- this includes customer required templates
- Collaborate and liaise with various stakeholders (e.g., sales, delivery, legal, finance, etc.) as needed to meet firm deadlines associated with business growth and retention objectives
- Engage internal stakeholders to ensure pricing and product consistency for all new, renewal & growth customer pricing proposals
- Work on multiple contracts with multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously in various stages.Â
- Maintain quality assurance of all customer SOWs – renewal & new business
- Document Processing and Management - Facilitate execution process via distribution to the customer, acknowledgement of receipt, counter signatures and management of repository for all SOW’s
- Ensure all data relevant to the SOW and opportunity in the CRM system (Salesforce) is updated and complete as SOW’s progress from drafting to execution
- Evaluate and improve current processes and/or create new best practices as technology and programs change while maintaining required standards.
- Provide input into business decisions regarding risk versus business benefit
- Apply knowledge of SOW elements that can be removed at the request of the client without negatively impacting the risk profile and ability to achieve contractual and financial commitments
As the first hire in this role, it is important that we have someone that has knowledge and expertise that they can apply in order to jump right in, and within 60 days be able to have ownership over key SOWs process and execution. What you will bring with you as a Contracts Specialist:
- In depth knowledge and detailed understanding of contracting process workflow, exemplified by a minimum of 3 years of experience. This includes:
- Experience with various contract frameworks, structure, and concepts
- Experience with digital analytics or related industry and understanding of the industry terminology
- Familiarity with redline process and techniques to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Experience representing contracts that are backed by professional services to drive the SOW
- Knowledge and appreciation for key business drivers
- Business acumen to determine the appropriate balance of speed-to-win-business versus full compliance with business policy standards and risk mitigation strategies
- Highly organized and version control adept
- Collaborative in nature with excellent interpersonal communication skills; written and verbal
- Process driven with a self-starter mindset
- Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Agile and and able to learn on the go to navigate the system, tools, and organization
- Flexible with the ability to thrive in the gray area as well as the well-defined
- Adept at responding promptly to email/Slack/Teams
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Location:
We would prefer that the person in this role is willing to work a hybrid option to our Cincinnati, OH office. Also, we are open to someone within a drivable distance that works remotely, with occasional travel to the office for brainstorming and team building. Must be willing to work EST.Â
