Contracts Specialist

Avint is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented contract review specialist to join our team on a contractual, as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reviewing and drafting a variety of contracts, including but not limited to project contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming agreement’s (TAs) and other legal documents related to our cybersecurity operations.

*This is a 1099 position*

Responsibilities:

• Review and revise project contracts, NDAs, Teaming agreement’s (TAs) and other legal documents to ensure they align with company standards and legal requirements.
• Identify potential risks in contracts and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Handle all information with the highest level of confidentiality, adhering strictly to company policies and NDA requirements.
• Maintain organized records of all reviewed and executed contracts.
• Offer continuous support and consultation on contract-related matters

• Bachelor’s degree in business law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract review, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of contract law, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Relevant legal certifications or licensure.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The hourly range for this position is $40-$70/per hour based off experience.
