About the Role:
The Contributor Relations Associate at Visible Alpha is a relationship manager between our clients and contributors to maximize the Visible Alpha suite of products. Reporting to the Director, Contributor Relations, you are very self motivated, and have a proven track record of client relationship building, outbound messaging and internal follow up. Over time, the expectation is that you own your own accounts.
What You'll Do
- Support the Directors, US Contributor Relations in managing relationships with Investors, Global Investment Banks, and Regional brokers across the Americas.
- Engage with key stakeholders at investment banks & independent research providers to 1) ensure the sell-side research contributors understand our unique value proposition and 2) increase analyst and associate usage of the VA Insights platform, Excel Plug In, and API/Feeds product.
- Support the ongoing relationship management of our contributors through emails, phone calls, and in-person engagement.
- Liaise with Visible Alpha operations and support teams to ensure a positive client experience throughout the relationship.
- Organize and conduct training to analysts with a thorough understanding of our products and new releases.
- Work with operations and other support teams as the primary escalation point to ensure ongoing and timely responses to clients.
- Work with colleagues within the team in helping create best practices among reporting and client relationship management systems.
- Travel in and around the Tri-State area for client meetings and presentations, maintaining a professional presence.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree.
- This an entry level role for individuals with several relevant internships or One plus year relevant experience. Financial Services, FinTech, or content management experience preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or account management through internships or work experience desired.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, data driven.
- Experience in Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Groove and Highspot helpful.

Remuneration:
At Visible Alpha, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $79,000. This role is also eligible for a 10% target bonus.
