Control & Signaling Offer Marketing Manager, IA

We are looking for an experienced Offer Marketing to develop Industrial control and signaling devices such as tower lights, beacons, alarms, wiress switches and relays business for Industrial Automation which support Industrial customers business.
We are looking for people with the right mix of talent and agile - with proven self-leadership skills, strong analytical communication skills, and individuals with the ability to work in a team setting are strongly encouraged to apply.

Roles

• Understand and share control & signaling offer strategy with the business unit to adapt and execute it locally
  Master the offer knowledge and the offer environment
  Execute sales offer strategy
  Collect and give to the business unit all business information

Take part in Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning process
Define & manage the marketing mix of the offer
Support operational marketing in the growth actions deployment
Optimize the stock keeping unit
Reporting to the business unit offer marketing manager at the business unit in Singapore and Japan offer marketing senior manager
Qualifications

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3+ years' sales/BD experience
Agile with trial and error
Demonstrates leadership ability
Prefer to have experience of signaling devices or related products
Strong communication skills both oral and written in English and Japanese
Aligns company strategy and enables results through others
Interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office applications
Work cross-functionally and manage day-to-day activities
Personal qualities such as: self-driven, autonomous, influential, perseverance, reliable, direct, curious and creative
