The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to lead accounting operations. This is a high growth environment and the role will be instrumental in implementing and managing best-in-class financial systems and processes, as well as ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations as we scale. You will partner closely with FP&A and leadership team members to drive visibility into company financial KPIS and will be key to our success as we grow and become the decision making fabric for the construction industry.ย
What You'll Do
Own the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsDevelop and implement accounting policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with tax regulations and identify opportunities for tax savingsOversee annual audits and ensure adherence to financial regulationsBe responsible for quote-to-cash, optimizing the billing and collections processManage financial operations including but not limited to AR, AP, Payroll, Corporate Cards, T&EDesign and implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assetsCoordinate with FP&A to produce forecast vs. actual reportingWhat You'll Bring to the Team
