ABOUT SONGFINCH
Songfinch was created to push past the limitations of words. We change how people communicate with the world around them by bringing their stories of love, joy, sadness and celebration to life through custom music. To create a song, you no longer need to know how to read music, have an incredible voice, or even own an instrument. CHALLENGE THE IMPOSSIBLE
If Songfinch had stopped when the first (or 50th) person told us our idea was “impossible,” we would never have made it past day 1. We push to identify new ideas, creative solutions and goals so bold they would be deemed impossible by anyone else. And then we pursue them with passion and persistence to bring them to life.
LOCK ARMS
As a team, we lock arms. We bring out the best in each other, we hold each other accountable, and we win and lose together. Songfinch celebrates our wins and more importantly learns from our misses together – without playing the blame game.
START SMALL
As we pursue the impossible we strategically break down the challenges we’re facing into straightforward, smaller pieces. We pursue our goals step-by-step, in clear smaller milestones because every task (big or small) should drive real impact and ladder up to our larger mission.
KEEP SHOOTING
At Songfinch our team mentality is centered around putting up shot after shot after shot at success. We know there will be both wins and misses – but we celebrate those misses as opportunities to quickly learn, adapt and persist. The more shots we take the more we learn and the higher our success rate climbs.
ACT LIKE AN OWNER
Each one of us acts like an owner of Songfinch because we are. We identify new challenges and take pride in leading the team to effectively tackle them, step by step. We hold ourselves accountable towards driving high-value impact with everything we do because each of us can drive Songfinch’s success.
Songfinch is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for every person who walks through our doors (whether those doors are physical or virtual). All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need. Like we said above, we know the next big thing could come from anywhere, so we embrace diversity in hiring as well as day-to-day business.
