We’re seeking a highly capable, hands-on Controller to drive financial operations for our U.S. office. This is your opportunity to build from the ground up, work closely with international leadership, and make an immediate impact in the aerospace and aviation supply chain industry.What You’ll Own: • Full-cycle accounting – A/P, A/R, month-end close, bank recs, fixed assets, and reporting. • Ensure GAAP compliance and support tax reporting, including sales and use tax. • Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis for leadership. • Partner with external payroll and 401k providers; liaise with tax advisors and auditors. • Implement internal controls and support ERP processes (Dynamics 365 preferred). • Act as the finance lead for all operations, supporting a dynamic, growing team.What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of accounting experience – ideally in a standalone or small and medium-sized environment. • CPA preferred (or in progress) – strong knowledge of US GAAP and compliance. • Background in aviation, aerospace, supply chain, or distribution a major plus. • Self-starter who thrives in constant change and isn’t afraid to get involved.Why This Role Stands Out: • Shape the future of a growing business with direct line to leadership. • Competitive salary + benefits + opportunity for growth + hybrid scheduleIf you’re ready to own the numbers and drive real impact, we want to hear from you.
