• Collecting and consolidating financial data

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial management, cost accounting, and financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and cost accounting methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in financial software systems and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, ensuring cost control, and contributing to the success of our manufacturing firm.
