What You’ll Do

- Lead the accounting department across its various teams and responsibilities ensuring financial reporting is complete and accurate.

- Own the AR AP General Ledger Month-End Audits Treasury and Financial Reporting processes.

- Support FP&A efforts partnering with cross-functional teams to forecast budget and analyze financial performance to name a few.

- Build and improve our processes bettering both the speed and the quality of outputs.

- Serve as a strategic partner to our CFO and other leaders supporting growth and decision-making with your deep financial insights.

Who You Are

- 8+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role leading an accounting function and managing a team.

- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and experience managing external audits.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks NetSuite) and ERP systems with advanced Excel skills.

- Start-Up & Growth Experience: Proven track record working in dynamic environments. You know how to build processes from scratch not just follow an established playbook.
