Our long-established fashion/clothing designer and retailer has shifted to a licensing and franchise model and expanding via M&A. As such, they're shuffling responsibilities and hiring this critical position to oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting and be able to integrate acquired companies as needed.

Ideally candidates applying for this position will have managed full financial close through financial statements and footnotes and be comfortable in a very hands-on position leading both direct and indirect (outsourced) staff in a public company setting.

• 8+ years of accounting and reporting with full ownership of financial close
• Public accounting and/or CPA desired
• SEC filing experience preferred, public company experience required
