Responsibilities:

• Maintain the GL and prepare financial reports
• Perform cash flow management
• Coordinate and oversee tax planning and preparation
• Process/performance improvements

• Controller applicants must have a degree in Business or Accounting and/or CPA
• Must be able to manage, train, and develop staff
• Controller candidates must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions
• Excellent communication, accounting, and analytical skills
• Must be able to perform in a high productivity, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of accounting systems, to include GL, AP, and support systems
• Must be knowledgeable in patient accounting, to include contractual adjustments and accounts receivable calculations
• Must be able to document accurately and concisely
• Excellent phone and computer skills
• Must be able to maintain sensitive information in confidence
• Must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize diverse responsibilities
