Position Overview:

As a Conversational Marketing Manager at HubSpot, your primary responsibility will be to own and champion the user experience across all conversational touchpoints. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every interaction is seamless, personalized, and exceeds customer expectations. By leading with a strong customer-centric approach, you will drive engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through our conversational channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the user experience within conversational marketing, ensuring that every interaction is customer-centric and drives satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to personalize conversational interactions and create a seamless user journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, technology & product) to integrate user feedback and insights into improving conversational experiences.
  • Utilize customer data and feedback to continuously optimize chatbots and other conversational tools for maximum user engagement.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying user experience gaps and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly conducting competitive analysis on best-in-class chat experiences to stay updated on industry trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Making recommendations on improving the chat module and avatar to enhance user engagement and overall customer experience.

Additional Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in conversational marketing or a related field with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing customer-centric strategies that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights to improve user experiences.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented with a relentless focus on delivering best-in-class user experiences.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of live chat and chatbots functionality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Cash compensation range: 66000-99000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
