Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

Qualifications:
- 1+ Year Experience in a UI/UX Strategy, Web Design or CRO Analyst Role
- Solid understanding of user experience, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Expert-level in Figma (or similar design tool), proficient in JIRA, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel and Experience with A/B Testing Tools.
- Performance-driven mentality to drive significant improvements to website performance.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Deeply analytical, expertise in data analytics - ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities and develop ways to meet them
- Background in e-commerce or digital conversion funnels/flows is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JS & CSS is a plus.
- Experience with life cycle and lifetime value analytics is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a CRO Marketing Analyst you will use a mix of creative design and strong analytical skills to identify opportunities across all web surfaces.
- This person will manage A/B tests from creating hypotheses to launch using their experience and knowledge of design and UX. Resulting in significant improvements to websites earning per visitor.
- Plan and execute continuous optimizations across landing pages, checkout pages, upsells, customer portal interactions on all web surfaces.
- Report on key performance indicators and data driven insights for performance improvements from existing and new marketing campaigns.
- Work closely and maintain frequent contact with media buyers to communicate current test results.
- Monitor e-commerce industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition.
- Assist in firefighting and identifying bugs before testing to ensure bug free experience and no cross pollination of tests which invalidate the results.
