The Role

As a Conversion Support Specialist, you will support the deployment of of upgrades to from our Kindful platform to Bloomerang Donor Management System. You will be responsible for utilizing a command line tool that generates the necessary files and downloads them to their local computer, after which they will use the internal data uploading tool to upload the resulting files into Bloomerang..

To succeed in this role, you will need moderate technical skills which will allow you to follow predefined processes within the Bloomerang platform and upgrade tools.. The ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated and will deliver a high throughput on a daily basis. Some familiarity with data conversion processes will be beneficial.

What You Will Do

• Run internal conversion file tooling
• Run Bloomerang CRM Admin tooling
• Pass pre-structured commands through the Windows Command Line or Mac OS Terminal
• Complete Project Updates within Salesforce
• Share feedback with leadership if issues with internal tooling arise

What You Need to Succeed

• Foundational Excel Knowledge
• Foundational CRM Usage experience
• Basic understanding of running commands in Windows Command Line or Mac OS Terminal

Nice to Haves But Not Required

• Customer facing team experience
• Bloomerang and/or Kindful experience

Compensation(Company Bonus)

The salary range for this position is: $44,500-60,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
