About the Conversion Tracking (Tag) Specialist - Pinterest:
We are looking to hire a Proactive Tag Specialist for our SMB Team. This person will own proactive Pinterest Tag Product Related adoption plans, measurement and reporting in collaboration with Sales Leadership and Stake Holders. This person will also work with the Sales Enablement team to ensure all Tag Product Trainings stay up to date and assist with stand up and deliver Tag Trainings. Lastly this person will in the short term lead Tag Ticket Solutions via Zendesk Support.

The Pinterest conversion tag and related products are vitally important to partners being successful on the Pinterest ads platform. Our goal is to build a world-class SMB sales team, helping businesses successfully leverage Pinterest advertising products across all verticals as we help pinners discover and do the things they love.

Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid

What will you do?
• Own Tag related OKR's and Proactive Adoption for Tag related Products such as Enhanced Match/Auto-Enhanced Match and Tag Health• In the short term, troubleshoot conversion tag issues with reps, partners, agencies via Zendesk• Identify trends in tag issues for feedback to internal stakeholders such as product and operations• Train reps on conversion tracking basics• Update Tag Trainings and Resources for SMB in collaboration with Sales Enablement

Skills & Qualifications:• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, support, and/or web development• Experience in the online advertising space• Demonstrated strategic thinker / creative problem solver• Exceptional interpersonal skills• Strong analytical mind, ability to extract insights from data• Project Management Experience• Strong Communication Skills and ability to complete projects on time and autonomously • Familiar with Pinterest Tag Products and Best Practices• Ability to read, write Javascript and HTML• Experience with PHP and Liquid template language a plus• Experience with Google Analytics & ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Woocommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Cratejoy a plus
