COO

R-Zero is seeking a hands-on COO as we pursue our ambitious mission – we need someone who sees the big picture, collaborates across silos, works with ruthless accountability, and can balance both developing and executing impactful business plans.

What You’ll Do 

• Drive growth by scaling sales and improving customer retention, partnerships, product, pricing, and building sales/CX processes. 
• Serve as leader for sustainable company expansion by building, implementing, and managing new systems
• Execute company strategy through cross-functional leadership across sales, marketing, product, engineering, customer experience, and operations. 
• Develop and implement metrics and reporting for Commercial Excellence functions; create readout cadence for communicating goals and plans throughout the organization.
• Partner with Finance to execute P&L and on Budget planning and forecasting. 
• Guarantee talent caliber and allocation for Commercial Excellence functions; own team culture, growth and development, employee satisfaction and retention. 
• Serve as a thought partner and sounding board for the CEO.

• 10  years experience working primarily for high growth tech; 5+ years in startups 
• 5 years of experience experience leading diverse teams
• Expertise in at least on of the following: Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience
• Must be strategic, analytical, organized and with a high EQ

This position may require up to 25% domestic travel.
