Position Summary:
Under general direction of the Supervisor responsible for assisting in the implementation of solutions to challenges in departmental activities. These duties will primarily reside within our Finance Strategic Global Sourcing and US Supply Chain and Data & Analytics
departments.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Roles and responsibilities vary depend on placement all CoOps are expected to do the following:
- Identifies areas of process improvement.
- Creates maintains and updates SOP's and other documentation related to the position.
- Complies with all appropriate policies procedures safety rules and regulations.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration accountancy finance computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires one (1) to two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
Minimum Skills Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
- Knowledge of procurement department processes system and tools
- Basic project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of ABC policies programs & services and products
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in team setting
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
- Strong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs; knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Access and Outlook
