Description
Availability to work in Bogotรก, Colombiai in a hybrid regime (3 times per week on site).
Role:
The Sales professional has responsibility for the administration of the Sales and Service Agreements that exist between GM, its dealers, external fleet customers, and Independent Aftersales Market (IAM) stores. They often act as consultants to the dealers and IAMs, and work reciprocally with them on the development and implementation of their business plans. They may be involved in a variety of initiatives including: developing and implementing marketing initiatives, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, and training.

Responsabilities:

  • Develop strong and profitable relationships with key customers in the automotive industry.
  • Manage sales and service agreements between GM, its dealers and corporate external fleet customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities in the market.
  • Understand specific customer needs to offer appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring favorable conditions for both parties.
  • Maintain constant and effective communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring the maintenance and growth of business relationships.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed established objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to meet sales objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Management and leadership of work teams (external, dealer and concessionaire).

Additional Description
Required Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related business careers.
  • + 3 years of experience in similar positions (with fleet or dealership clients).
  • Knowledge and experience in B2B negotiation (leading successful negotiations with companies or dealerships).
  • Knowledge in project leadership.
  • Knowledge in budget management and familiarity with financial numbers.
  • Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel - Advanced).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Have an active driver's license.
  • Availability to work under the hybrid model in our offices located in Bogotรก, Colombia.
  • Availability to make local trips.
