Overview of Job Role
To assist in the management of the Revenue Quality coordinator for the NL and BE Subsidiaries
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Working with the Sales Administration Department to ensure that all bookings are accurate and error free, fully supported by purchase orders
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing ensuring that all invoicing requirements are met
- Uploading Invoices to customers portals as required
- Working with sales administration department to ensure any queries are resolved within acceptable timelines
- Reporting on amount of errors, types and suggesting corrective actions
- Raising all credits and ensuring that the proper approval process is followed.
- Maintaining positive and productive customer and colleague relationships
- Assisting the AR collection department as required.
Experience / Qualifications Required
Essential
- Good Excel skills
- Attention to detail
Desirable
- Prior AR experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision
