Internal Communications & Marketing Coordinator 

Strive is committed to building a values-based, mission-driven organization. The Internal Communications & Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting Strive’s MarComm team with internal communications, as well as some marketing-related tasks. This role is suited for someone who wants to gain experience working in an integrated MarComm function. This team member will collaborate closely with Talent & People Ops and the Marketing team to help coordinate a wide variety of content, campaigns, and other projects, and will leverage Strive’s communications channels.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain the MarComm content calendar to support content planning and execution efficiencies
  • Coordinate and create internal/employee communications content and campaign collateral
  • Contribute to programs that actively engage internal audiences, encourage employee engagement, and ensure the entire organization is informed of key business news
  • Manage content assets for Strive’s intranet and StriveHealth.com
  • Support with various internal and external communications campaigns
  • Coordinate content for Strive’s social media channels
  • Compile performance measurement reports to help the team measure ROI for internal and external campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights on how to optimize campaigns and brand reach

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or journalism
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing and/or communications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with project management platforms, such as Asana
  • Experience with intranet platforms, digital campaigns, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress and HubSpot preferred
  • Highly organized and willing to support with a variety of projects

  • Remote; Denver-based candidates preferred

Hourly Range: $26.58-$31.25

 

Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits.  An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
