The VP, Creative is looking for a high-potential Creative Coordinator to support across creative leadership and admin. In addition to handling admin support (scheduling, travel, etc.), this role will assist across all creative teams, helping to develop creative tools and presentations, as well as scout creative talent. You will have the opportunity to assist on key strategic projects, working closely with senior leadership every day.

This exciting role requires an interest in and eye for best in class creative work, superior attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, and the confidence to optimize workflow and support creative leadership across initiatives. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is critical.

This role demands confidence in the ability to communicate on behalf of the executive. The Creative Coordinator is here to support company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and initiatives. A "can-do" attitude is essential. No task is too small and no challenge too great.

How You'll CREATE:

  • Support creative leadership with key tasks to represent and present creative work:

    • Assemble creative projects into case studies from across the roster
    • Track deliverables across teams, follow up for status updates, and report back to leadership on progress
    • Help create compelling presentations across multiple formats
  • Help to develop capabilities, documentation and talent:

    • Assist in organization and updates to tools like Monday.com, Box, & other channels
    • Help to keep team-wide documentation & references up to date
    • Scout talent across multiple disciplines to socialize with creative leadership
  • Handle administrative support tasks:

    • Handle all scheduling for creative leadership
    • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of dept leadership
    • Take meeting minutes during internal meetings & circulate action items with specific assignments
    • Assist with travel bookings, organizing meal reservations for client & team meetings, etc.
    • Compile & submit expense reports
    • Organize files & deliverables

  • BA in relevant field preferred (creative, marketing, other related fields)

  • Experience in music or D2C/eCommerce is a major plus
  • Experience using Monday.com is a major plus
  • Passion for music is a must

$33,700 - $51,590
