Coordinator, Creative

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised music enthusiast to assist the Creative Team in Berlin. You would have relevant administrative experience and working experience within a publishing company, record label or management. 

Assisting the creative team of two A&Rs strong natural communication skills as well as a proactive attitude are essential.

WHAT DOES A CREATIVE COORDINATOR DO AT KOBALT?

• You assist the Creative Team in Berlin with a range of administrative tasks such as taking notes during meetings and updating the weekly chart update report as well as, coordinating writing sessions, meetings, signings, calendar invites, booking studios, events, creating the regular internal creative report etc.
• You communicate directly with clients, the internal teams and business partners in order to keep track of new songs
• You maintain the catalogue of songs (uploading songs, organising songs in DISCO, creating playlists for pitches)
• You are responsible for maintaining bios of our German clients as well as all other relevant spreadsheets that are supporting the Creative Team

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• This is an entry level position, where your passion for music and eagerness to learn is most important!
• You are comfortable communicating with a wide range of creative personalities (executives, artists, producers, and songwriters) and having good relationship-building skills 
• You are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, a proactive attitude and a a fast-learner
• You are comfortable around social media as well as have excellent IT and tech skills proficient in using Google Workplace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets Slides) and MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
