What You’ll Do
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Coordinator to join our team at Authentic. As the go-to internal admin and expert for Monday.com and all creative projects, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration, communication, and efficiency across departments. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure the seamless execution of projects and adherence to established processes.
What you’ll be working on
- Train new Monday.com user and support them in creating dashboards, workflows and processes.
- Assist the briefing, workflow and execution of creative materials and resources for Lifestyle Brands.
- Initiate project briefs, oversee timelines and ensure workflows & processes are being followed.
- Prepare weekly status report for creative team.
- Regularly track and update projects as needed.
- Inform project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur.
- Review all outgoing materials to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Support Sr Directing in the maintenance and organizing of Toolbox assets for New and Existing brands.
- Special Projects:Â Â Act as a catch-all for miscellaneous projects, overseeing and transitioning tasks as needed.
Must Haves
- Strong proficiency in Monday.com, with a proven track record of successful administration and utilization.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with various departments and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in digital and physical spaces.
- Experience in event coordination and process development is a plus.
Primary Location Salary Range:
$60,000 - $70,000
