Cycle seeks a Coordinator with a passion for the social and influencer space. This person will identify up-and-coming creators, trends in the space and execute best in class influencer programs. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient and self-starting. Most importantly, they should be curious to learn and constantly strive to push the boundaries of what is possible. This role will be located in Los Angeles, CA and must be willing to travel.

Cycle seeks a Senior Manager, Influencer Partnerships with influencer experience that truly understands the social landscape and has a passion for influencers. The right candidate will oversee influencer campaigns, manage project leads and build meaningful client relationships. They will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a streamlined and effective execution of projects. They will use their experience and understanding of the digital space to deliver impactful influencer campaigns, in line with schedule and budget.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, process oriented, and self-starting. Successful candidates will lead campaigns and act as a trusted resource for clients and internal team members. They should be passionate about the evolution of the brand-customer relationship and enthusiastic about all things digital and social. They should have a high-level ability to communicate effectively, creatively solve problems, and make decisions. Most importantly, they should be curious to learn and willing to put themselves in uncomfortable positions, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an influencer expert and participate in thought leadership and education in the social space
- Support the execution of successful influencer campaigns running concurrently with varying budgets, objectives, influencers and creative
- Create weekly status call agendas, timelines, and execution documents to ensure seamless campaigns
- Work with internal teams to develop program strategy and influencer creative briefs
- Understand campaign KPIs and source influencers utilizing internal tools to order to meet client needs
- Assist with influencer and creator discovery, outreach and negotiation, content QA, live post monitoring, sentiment analysis, and reporting
- Research industry trends and share learnings with larger partnerships team, staying aware of platform updates and the ever-changing social landscape
- Efficiently manage deliverables timelines and budgets
- Provide clients with real-time organic and paid optimization recommendations
Requirements
- Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
- Curiosity and passion about social and the influencer landscape
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive thinker and solution oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable with client facing role
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Must be willing to work in client offices 1-2 days a week
- In-depth knowledge of creator marketing space with focus on all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat)
- Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Unparalleled commitment to excellence - working non-standard hours when necessary, travel as required, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
- QSR experience is a bonus
Base salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 plus bonus potential if applicable for role
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the
company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
