Coordinator, Digital Marketing
Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about music, creative marketing, trends, and analytics. To provide top-notch service to our artists and labels, you will work to assist in conceptualizing compelling campaigns and then execute measurable initiatives to increase interaction, consumption, views, and subscribers with our team. You will also take ownership of key processes and reports for the team. The ideal candidate is digitally well-versed, organized, and comfortable with creative marketing that involves applying analytics and data into measurable, actionable plans. Candidates should be well-spoken and confident in presenting results and insights, to show campaign impact and measurable KPIs. Should be eager to learn, timely, have a command of data analytics, the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and most importantly a passion for music. We’re looking for a talented, charismatic individual with a finger on the pulse, and who is eager to play a significant role in the phase of our company. The Coordinator, Digital Marketing role is based in NYC and reports to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing.
What you'll do- Assist in creating marketing plans - applying analytics and data into measurable, actionable initiatives
- Take ownership of key processes and reports for the team
- Work between internal departments to execute and bring to life marketing assets
- Implement marketing strategies across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and other online destinations
- Construct artist social platform analysis, optimizations, and brainstorms through analytical deep divesÂ
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketingÂ
- Strong organizational skills, with a proven record of supporting multiple projects at once with tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to invent and execute innovative ideasÂ
- Strong writing and verbal skills
- In-depth understanding of social media and ability to harness platforms successfully
- Finger on the pulse of key marketing trends and new platforms
- Experience with third-party digital marketing tools and analytic platforms
- Experience with Google/Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with HTML, Dreamweaver, Adobe Suite, Canva is a plus
- Proficient language skills in Spanish or Korean is a plus
