Coordinator, Diversity & Inclusion
Job Description
We are currently hiring a D&I Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX, who will serve as the main point of contact on all administrative and project-related matters pertaining to Diversity & Inclusion. The D&I Coordinator must be fully capable of working independently on projects, from conception to completion, and be capable of working under pressure on a wide variety of activities. This will include administration, coordination, and responsibility for logistics management for key projects, all requiring self-direction and confidential discretion with various levels of associates within/outside the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as key liaison and contact for ERGs in the U.S. and internationally. Maintains ERG calendar of events, handles ERG budget tracking, and maintains ERG-related website content.
- Communicate directly, and on behalf of D&I leadership, with various internal and external stakeholders, when approved as a delegate.
- Account for D&I related finances and budget.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the office, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate courses of action, referral, and/or response.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Office of D&I and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
- Compile and distribute agendas for key meetings of Employee Resource Groups and D&I Councils. Take meeting notes and distribute follow-up actions to key stakeholders and partners.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Establish and maintain critical files and follow-up systems.
- Assist with creating reports and presentations using a variety of office productivity tools.
- Strive to improve project administration processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Manage active calendar of appointments and travel; complete expense reports; compose and prepare correspondence and reports that are sometimes confidential; arrange complex and detailed international travel plans including visa/entry requirements, itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents for travel-related meeting plans, coordinates and ensures that the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role.
Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 3 Years of Relevant Experience
- Work hours: Standard, Monday - Friday
- Travel Requirements: Up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and proficient in SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- Proven consulting and/or change management experience with an HR focus.
- Global perspective working in a large, multi-national environment.
