Position Summary:

The Email Coordinator will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have the ability to create engaging content, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email content with overall marketing strategies.
• Develop compelling and creative email content, including copy and visuals, to drive engagement and achieve campaign objectives.
• Ensure all content is in line with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
• Implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized content.
• Utilize customer data and insights to optimize targeting for maximum impact.
• Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, timing, etc.) to optimize performance and enhance results.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign performance data.
• Provide regular reports and insights to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and manage email automation workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing automation.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Stay informed about industry changes and updates related to email marketing compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

Experience:

• Proven experience in email marketing or a related role.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
• Experience with Pardot and HTML a plus.
• Previous B2B experience specifically in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Biotech a plus.

• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of email content and campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressure, within deadlines or other time essential constraints
• Strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization
