Coordinator, Employee Experience
Monigle is seeking a Coordinator to join our Employee Experience team. The Coordinator, Employee Experience will be imbedded within the administrative processes and will be on the front lines of bringing fresh new talent to Monigle. This highly motivated individual will play a fundamental role in shaping and nurturing Monigle culture and creating an outstanding experience for all Monigle employees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative process including recruiting, onboarding, employee files, other areas within Employee Experience
- Coordinate a high volume of phone, video and onsite interviews with candidates
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Monigle through candidate interactions and external communications
- Assist with onboarding efforts including new hire paperwork and processing candidate background checks - always maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Screen prospective candidates to assess skill level for assigned positions and facilitate hiring manager reviews and feedback sharing
- Contribute to human resources process improvements around performance reviews and other programs to foster an engaging culture and positive employee experience
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with confidential and highly sensitive information
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has a self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and ownership without direction highly desired
- Thrives in a fun, humble, fast-paced, no-nonsense culture
- Highly resourceful and organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- A customer service driven approach to problem solving; you strive to make sure every interaction you have is upbeat, pleasant, and friendly
Salary range: $24/hr (Denver, Colorado area)
- Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
