Coordinator, Events– The Ringer & Spotify Podcast Studios

What you'll do:

• Leads and communicates staff and host and guest travel booking, including hotel sourcing and transportation.
• Provides executive administrative support to Ringer executives by handling calendars, travel and expense reports.
• Leads event equipment shipments and tracking.
• Works with venues to create event ticketing pages, generates host announcement scripts and handles event guest lists.
• Rents appropriate furniture and equipment for events.
• Handles vendor setup and payment processing for event-related invoices.
• Collaborates on event recaps and report-outs with metrics and KPIs.
• Provides on-site event support and execution as needed. Travel required.

Who you are:

• 2+ years executive administration and/or event planning experience, preferably in sports/entertainment/media
• Creative, resourceful problem-solver who communicates clearly and optimally, is organized, detailed and proactive
• Collaborative teammate who works well with others and embraces flexibility
• Passionate about community building, events and Ringer/Spotify Podcasts content
• Successful project management experience and ability to multitask, juggling multiple projects simultaneously
• Positive and professional representative of the company to internal and external partners
