Overview

Salary range for this position is $79,081-$93,038. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Strategic Programs Information Technology (IT) Coordinator assumes primary responsibility for administering, managing, and monitoring their specific area(s) of expertise, regularly communicating to keep abreast of issues and to provide feedback, carrying out organizational policies and procedures, and establishing goals and objectives. As part of this work a comprehensive assessment of current state and desired future state environments will be completed. IT Coordinators are primarily responsible for and must demonstrate knowledge and expertise in a specific area of focus as well as have general knowledge across multiple areas. The Strategic Programs IT Coordinator assists the Strategic Programs Division in building successful development and management of processes, tools, and standards surrounding PMO Coordination, Contract Management, and Total Cost of Ownership. This role will maintain good working relationships with areas within Information Technology as well as with Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Legal and Supply Chain to ensure proper management of each of these product sets.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or other closely related field and 2 years' experience in Information Technology OR completion of high school or its equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology.

Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access as well as ability to adapt and learn other PM tools or databases.

Working knowledge in audit, feasibility, contracting and associated analytical processes.

Working knowledge of business and information technology planning.

Working knowledge of application implementation and support.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of organization operating procedures and approval process. Working knowledge of information-dissemination processes and standards within the organization.

Licensure/Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt and IC2it certifications.

Other skills/knowledge: Adapts style and content of communication for technical and non-technical audiences. Working knowledge of working with large datasets.
