Coordinator, Global Themed Entertainment

Sesame Workshop is looking for a Global Themed Entertainment Coordinator (temporary position). The coordinator will play an important role on the Global Themed Entertainment team, providing support on key accounts. We are seeking a well-rounded individual with an interest in location-based entertainment, product development, and/or licensing.

Please note: This role is currently a temporary contract position.

Responsibilities
Business support including but not limited to:

• Coordinate, deliver, and inventory art assets for business partners
• Assist with organizing, updating, and distributing brand materials
• Assist with the creation of brand and partner presentations
• Process invoices and job starts
• Update project trackers for multiple projects
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including Brand Creative, Brand Marketing, PR, Legal, and Finance departments
• Coordinate licensee forecasting
• Support souvenir product development
• Organize, distribute, and archive physical product samples
• Support Sesame Workshop archive needs
• Support with photo, clip, and screening permission requests
• Research projects as needed
• Perform other duties and administrative support as assigned

Qualifications

• B.A/B.S College Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Takes direction and learns quickly under tight timelines
• Can juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Well-organized, motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Proactive and solution-oriented individual with strong attention to detail
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Works well under pressure and in fast-paced environments

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Themed Entertainment, Licensing, or Marketing is preferred
