Job Description
Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks an HR Coordinator to join our New York-based Human Resources and Recruiting team.
The HR coordinator will support HRBPs and Recruiters in handling support of daily generalist responsibilities and coordination of interviews.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries within given client groups
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees
- Partnering with HRBPs to handle mid-year and year-end HR processes, including performance management
- Providing administrative support on various HR and recruiting processes and initiatives
- Assisting in the development and rollout of learning and development initiatives
- Supporting Recruiters with full lifecycle recruiting including creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, and creating offer letters
- Ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process to deliver an outstanding experience to all candidates
- Participating in On Campus Recruiting recruiting efforts, including posting roles, coordinating interviews, attending campus events and creating offers
- Maintaining candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Establishing effective working relationships with internal clients
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Anticipated annual base salary range $65,000 - 80,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus
