Coordinator, Human Resources

Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks an HR Coordinator to join our New York-based Human Resources and Recruiting team.

The HR coordinator will support HRBPs and Recruiters in handling support of daily generalist responsibilities and coordination of interviews. 

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries within given client groups
• Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees
• Partnering with HRBPs to handle mid-year and year-end HR processes, including performance management
• Providing administrative support on various HR and recruiting processes and initiatives
• Assisting in the development and rollout of learning and development initiatives
• Supporting Recruiters with full lifecycle recruiting including creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, and creating offer letters
• Ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process to deliver an outstanding experience to all candidates
• Participating in On Campus Recruiting recruiting efforts, including posting roles, coordinating interviews, attending campus events and creating offers
• Maintaining candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
• Establishing effective working relationships with internal clients
• Maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Anticipated annual base salary range $65,000 - 85,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus
