Beachwood Family Health is looking for a Coordinator II to join their team of devoted caregivers. Within this role, you will coordinate department project activities and develop department resource databases to facilitate management of various project activities. This role plays an integral part of the Administration Department, helping to provide resources needed for Cleveland Clinic to assist with delivering world-class care. You will:

- Collect, maintain, and report information to the department.

- Function as a department liaison by coordinating activities and providing customer support.

- Assist with performance evaluations, counseling, and on-boarding of new employees.

Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collects, maintains and reports information for the department such as; patient information, budgets, employee PTO and schedules.
  • Assists with the coordination of various department activities by distributing reports, facilitating the analysis and reporting of information.
  • Functions as department liaison by coordinating various activities and providing customer support to internal and external customers.
  • Assists with performance evaluations, counseling and on-boarding of new employees.
  • Performs duties related to the preparation, implementation and analysis of special studies and projects.
  • Maintains office supplies and equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Certifications:

  • None required

Competencies (Complexity of Work):

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of three years experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects; proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office and laboratory equipment
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
