Your role:
In your role as a Coordinator, you will be managing projects by planning, coordinating, and executing all integration activities from the product design phase through test and delivery. Duties include reading and interpreting complex technical data packages to create bill of materials, placing and tracking purchases and shop orders, conducting cost analysis, and executing QA/QC functions. Creating and maintaining a master schedule focused on cost, schedule, and performance. PMP certification is desired but NOT required.

What you'll do all day:
- Support the assigned Program Manager by planning, coordinating, and executing all integration activities from the product design phase through test and delivery
- Aid in procurement execution, manage and update bill of materials, and manage inventory levels to ensure project deliverables meet required deadlines and milestones.
- Duties include reading and interpreting technical data packages.
- Place/track purchases.
- Conduct cost analysis and execute QA/QC functions.
- Support multiple projects in parallel in an environment that changes quickly in response to customer needs.
- Create and maintain a master schedule - preferably in Microsoft Project

Minimum requirements for this position:
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline from an accredited* college/university and 9 years of applicable experienceor; an Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline and 11 years of applicable experience; or 13 years of applicable experience.
- Procurement process experience.
- Understanding quality principles.
- Experience managing inventory and ensuring project deliverables meet requirements.
- Have a working knowledge of project management
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen.
Desired skills and experience for this position:
- Proficiency in Microsft Office - Microsoft Project experienced desired
- Proficiency in performing budget analysis
- Buying and receiving experience
