We are looking for someone to build their career as Lifecycle Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing campaigns across all lifecycle communication touchpoints for our domestic and international businesses. This person will ensure that campaigns go out on time and smoothly to relevant audiences, while helping increase conversions and retain customers.
The ideal candidate has a desire to learn HTML and CSS to build beautiful and functional email campaigns, as well as a hunger to deepen their marketing chops around audience segmentation, marketing tech, emerging channels, and analytics. This is a great role to start your career in Lifecycle Marketing with no experience required.
This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, and work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Data & Analytics, Design, Social, International and Customer Service teams.Â
Accountabilities
- Support the execution and growth of a multi-channel CRM strategy, including email, on-site, mobile app, and new emerging channels.Â
- Build new campaigns within Sailthru based on product and promotions calendar, ensuring design and copy reflects mockups.
- Check that triggered and transactional campaigns are functioning as expected.Â
- Create audience segmentation that will help drive engagement.
- Help with coupon creation and other duties that are vital to the health of the business.
- Monitor and report out on performance of channels and A/B tests of campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement based on engagement, deliverability, etc.
- Maintain a catalog of products displayed in emails and that imagery reflects our current offerings.
Qualifications
- A desire to learn lifecycle marketing, with specific focus on building email campaigns in HTML/CSS, drag and drop and other outlets. Willingness to learn CRM and Automation tools.
- Experience in managing customer programs is a plus.
- Experience with Sailthru is also a plus
- Strong attention to detail when creating segments, proofing content, and finalizing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge/understanding of email best practices including accessibility requirements, client limitations (Outlook, Gmail, etc), and device limitations.
- Intellectual curiosity, with a focus on optimization and continuous improvement through a test-and-learn mentality.
- Analytical, data driven approach with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker.
- Bachelors Degree Strongly PreferredÂ
